ONE BATTERY NEEDS TO BE REPLACED FILL CAP MISSING AND SHIPPING STRAP WAS BROKEN UPON DELIVERY. I WAS INFORMED BY THE ACTUAL FIRE PUMP ENGINEER THAT IF ANY DEBRIS IS IN THE BATTERY FROM THE MISSING CAP THE BATTERY IS NOT ANY GOOD AND WILL FAIL. 2. TANK VENTS ON ROOF NEED CAPS ON THEM THEY ARE WIDE OPEN AND WATER AND DEBRIS CAN ENTER TANK. 3. DIESEL TANK IS ALMOST EMPTY. 4. NEED FUEL FILLING LINE TO BE INSTALLED LEADING OUT SIDE OF BUILDING CHECK SPRINKLER PLANS FOR INSTALLATION SPECS. |

Taped heads above cold coolers on sale floor (eastside). Painted head on sales floor in front of kitchen area (against wall). 3. IFC 912.4 Signs; need sign for the test header stating "TEST CONNECTION" copy of code section given. 4. Need 200 psi for 2 hour test on system 2 for 24' of 6" pipe that was replaced. 5. Need fire pump test done before calling in for fire final. 6. Remove sprinkler heads in the con-x box for the fire alarm and electrical panels. |
