TNT Fireworks—Jeorge will have several volunteers at the site during business hours, and will arrange for the overnight security to monitor the site and the product. Parking is adequate to simultaneously serve Walmart’s customers, as well as the seasonal sales use. We expect approximately 50 customers per day and do not anticipate any significant traffic impact in the surrounding area. Tent sales will not interfere with public streets, pedestrian access-ways, fire lanes, driveways, landscaped areas, or traffic visibility at driveway or street intersections. Upon completion of the use, the premises will be promptly cleaned and restored to the same condition it was in before the seasonal sales use. The interior of the tent will be lit after dark each day. Please see attached tent diagram for signage and lighting placement. A generator will be used onsite to provide power to the tent. The generator will be a Ryobi 2200 watt gasoline powered digital inverter generator. It is whisper quiet with a prime rating of 2.2kW and standby rating of 1.8kW. The generator is a gas powered unit that will be corded off to keep pedestrian traffic away from it and ensure safety. The generator location will be a minimum of 20’ away. The hours of operation of sales will be 9:00 AM TO 11:00 PM. | |
