Call received from tenant earlier in the week, stated she will be moving out due to owner will not repair violation issues. Insp. asked if contact number for owner still good, stated, made contact with in last couple of days. Inspector will move to cite. Apply 2nd reinspection fee.

Site visited, contact made w/occupant. Good progress made, graffiti in SW bd rm covered & ready to paint, living rm painted & exposed concrete floor sealed & painted, ceiling repaired in living rm, bd rm & hallway. New shower stems installed, no progress on electrical , but scheduled to be addressed. No progress on compliance review & vegetation. Vegetation to be completed by this end of day. Due to progress, 30 day extension given.
