Entry by TEP stated cat feces through out entire interior. Pima Co. animal control on site. Inspector arrived on site, contact made w/TPD & Pima Animal control, approx, 40 cats removed, several were sick & would be required to be put down. Approximately 5 found dead and in advance decomp. Inspection of interior verified unfit living condition were present. Information relayed to supervisor, posting of unfit to occupy approved. Owner was contacted, issues reviewed, gave permission over phone to secure structure by COT board-up contractor. NOV hand delivered & signed by tenant. Property posted |
