Inspection found that the A/C unit was not working; but the manager has been working the issue all weekend long, they have had a number of issue with the compressor going bad( 2 times). There are a number of other issues with the unit. The outlets in the living room and loft are not work. The circit breckers seem to be lose when you re-set them, there are holes in the wall in the living and doors in the bed rooms. They are storing hazdous cleaners near the furnaces and boxs are blocking the return air duct. Have talked to manager and owner about the issues. manager will have an electrcian there with in the hour to check the outlets and the breckers. NOV will be sent. |
