No new work requiring permits. Site is unchanged from duplicate complaint of August 2010 T10DV05264, which was found not valid. No recent replacement of porch railings, roof, or installation of a new main HVAC unit requiring a mechanical permit. Railings were painted prior to last case of 8/2010, but colors are not required to be approved by the West University Historic District Advisory Board. Roof has shingles of a type allowable by the District. No violations. |
