Multiple cars on the property. Refuse and debris in the rear yard. Junked motor vehicles in the rear yard. Rear yard is unscreened and has many items stored including vehicles. Spoke with an individual on the property that told me they were operating a vehicle repair business. Vehicles are being repaired on the property. The resident arrived and denied they were operating a repair business. He claimed all the vehicles except one were his. I advised him he was not allowed to operate an auto repair business in a residentially zoned area. He stated he would screen in the rear yard and clean up the property. The property is also an unregistered rental property. The resident stated the owner lived on Glenn St. Send 10 day notice for unregistered rental, and 30 day notice for othrer violations. Schedule follow up inspection. |
