In the rear yard was a dog, most like the source of said turds however DNA testing would be necessary to prove said turds were the actual excrements of said dog.
The turds were approximately 15-20 in number and strewn slightly about over an area of approximately 5 square feet.
Due to the hideous nature of this crime I will notify the owner of the property where said dog and turds are located that the turds need to be collected and properly disposed of.
