1.) Address numbers for the building must be at least 12 inches tall with a contrasting background and must be readily visible from street.
2.) Need a sign over double swinging doors located between the main exit and the foyer area that reads,"DOOR MUST REMAIN UNLOCKED WHEN THE BUILDING IS OCCUPIED".
3.) All portable fire extinguishers in the building need current annual service inspection tag.
4.) All extinghishers must be labled.
5.) All emergency back-up lights are burnt out. Must be funtional at all times.
6.) Must remove the flush-bolt locks from the double swinging doors that lead into the main floor area and into the recreational area.
7.) Must remove the door holders from same set of double doors.
8.) Maintain a clear area around the hot water heater.
9.) Repair/cover or remove the exposed open-end wiring located in water heater room.
10.) Lable main exterior electrical panel, "ELECTRICAL" or "ELECTRICAL PANEL".
11.) All doors in the rated exit corridor must also be 1hr. rated and sealed.
12.) Need a knox-box for the the parking lot gates ( will provide knox-box order form)
13.) Need a sign over the main door (rear building) reading,"DOOR MUST REMAIN UNLOCKED ............ OCCUPIED"
14.) Remove the keyed turn lock from rear door (rear building) and replace with a thumb-turn lock.
