1.) Address numbers must be readily visible from the street.
2.) Front security gate must be LOCKED in the OPEN position at all times when the building is occupied.
3.) Only one lock is allowed per exit door.
4.) Remove the slide-bolt from front door.
5.) Need a sign over the front door and over the security gate that reads, "DOOR MUST REMAI UNLOCKED WHEN BUILDING IS OOCUPIED".
6.) Provide a "NOT AN EXIT " sign for the west rear door.
7.) Need a sign on the exterior side of the rear north door reading , "DOOR BLOCKED'. Minimum of 4-6 inches high.
