I was out there this afternoon. It is a row house or patio house (as opposed to a SFR). I make contact with Chassey Mosher, the resident. She told me that the stove has been repaired and the landlady (Amanda Corey, 730-8048) had an electrician come out and replace the outlet. I suspect it was done without permits as the only entry on Permits Plus is a weed violation in '08. She also supplied them with smoke detectors that they have installed. The fire code issues are corrected. Electrical matters referred to Anthony Smith, Electrical Code Inspector. |
