Accumulation of refuse present on entire property including front yard, side yard, carport, and rear yard. A large amount of empty cat food cans are present in the driveway, along with what appears to be bags of dry food towards the side. Several cats were on location, along with a pet carrier. Rear yard has a large amount of scattered refuse including metal, wood, plastic, etc. Accumulation of vegetation over 6" in rear yard (in between the refuse) and alley. Dead vegetation present in front yard (palm fronds, etc.) and alley (cactus). |
