Description:

All kinds of debris on site. The worst is that the person is feeding cats on the driveway, just goes out shakes the food out of the can and throws cans on the ground. Many, many cats and even coyotes are hanging around his place. Not only is it ugly we think it is also very unhealthy and dangerous.

Rear yard has a large amount of scattered refuse including metal, wood, plastic, etc. Accumulation of vegetation over 6" in rear yard (in between the refuse) and alley. Dead vegetation present in front yard (palm fronds, etc.) and alley (cactus).
