03/15/16: Case has been on hold for some time, previous Administrator and Director of HCD (old home ofc for Code Enforce), met with Inspector Goodman approx 2010 to review case and application on property. Determination was to not pursue Permit, all other violations were abated such as weeds and other exterior violations. This action does not approve or render the lack of permit as ok in any manner. Inspector instructed to close case compliance per Inspector Supervisor Saldate, any details of this closure should be discussed with Supervisor Saldate and not Inspector Goodman. |

FOLLOW UP INSPECTION ON THAT PROPERTY FOUND ALL ISSUES HAD BEEN ADDRESSED AND CORRECTED THE ISSUE THAT KEPT THE CASE OPEN WAS THE PERMITING ISSUE. IT WAS DECIDED NOT TO PERSUE THE PEMIT ISSUE. COMPLIANCE / CLOSE CASE. |
