Not to code >Room at southwest corner of the structure has been modified into a second bathroom, toilet and sink added. drain lines modified. 16-11C (2) Electrical System: >back of kitchen sink cabinet has been cut out exposing electrical wiring. >16-11D Mechanical equipment: Kitchen fan has not been properly maintained showing rust and heavy lint inside the housing. 16-11 F(1) Interior Walls: >Walls in kitchen show possible water damage evidenced by peeling paint. >Southeast bedroom, north wall shows possible water damage evidenced by peeling paint. > East Wall in hallway next to center bdrm door and outlets shows possible leaking due to bubbling paint and soft drywall/ plaster. F(4-2) Ceiling inside Kitchen cabinet shows signs of leaking. >16-11F (4) : Doors: >front door deteriorated at bottom, knob side of the door. >bathroom door not closing properly, door hits bottom of door stop leaving an inch to a inch and a half gap at the top. > door knobs or deadbolts not locking properly on both rear doors, 16-12 A(2) Protective Treatment: >Facia on both the Main House and added Laundry have deterirorated pieces, ( rotted facia or trim ) 16-12 B(2) Roofs >Roof shows possible signs of leaking evidenced by damaged walls and ceiling inside 16-13 A Overgrown Vegetation: > overgrown weeds thru out the property and abutting sidewalks and alley.
