Case has been reopened due to owner calling about the vanity sink draining very slowly and that a second blockage in the sewer line had occurred just after Thanksgiving although tenants were not at home ( sewage did back up into the tub). * did visit the property and found bath vanity sink draining very, very slowly. Filled 1/2 the sink and it took over 2 minutes to drain.Nov will be issued for the drain, and if a third blockage in the sewer line occurs, HCD will ask that a third party scopes the sewer line to determine the cause of blockage, so that HCD inspector can determine how to abate. |
