Called and spoke with tenant Adrianna who asked I still come out and take a look. set up meeting for 10/20/10. Visited site, found water in kitchen and bathroom draining fine, waste in rear yard already picked up. No violation due to management abating the issue. Explained to tenant she would need to call when the problem occurs again and to call right away. No Violation/ Close Case |
