No permits for original remodel and electrical noted in June. Site inspection shows exterior lights have been replaced (see April 2010 pictometery) with a minimum of 10 400-watt lights, possibly metal halide.This is classified as class 1 lighting in an E3 lighting area as per COT lighting code; the lights are not full cut off (FCO), face outwards, and may exceed lumens; replacement requires permit and review for accpetance with the lighting code. New gate entry systems, requiring added electrical circuits to parking lot, for access to west facing have been added without permits. New fencing exceeding 6" with barbed wire have been added. This is not noted on the site plan submitted for the grading in June. No permits for added signs. Wall sign on building facing west; plus two signs attached to the fencing, which cannot be permitted and need to be removed. No compliance. Citation will be issued. |
