(Open Area) Caller states paving and active cosntruction work is occuring on site without permits. Electrical work being installed and not by a certified electrician. Caller spoke with PDSD who referred the caller to Code Enforcement. The caller is concerned about the work occuing on site without proper permits - especially the electrical work.

The purpose of a permit is to ensure that all construction is inspected by qualified City of Tucson personnel as directed by ordinance to verify compliance with city codes. Failure to obtain proper permit with inspections and approvals shall deem the construction to be unsafe. |
