02/03/2011 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved MET W/OCCUPANT WALKED THRU NOV AND CHECKED A FEW ITEMS OFF THE LIST AND OTHER ITEMS WERE NOTED:
1 - EXTENSION CORD BEING USED FOR COOLING SYSTEM ON ROOF OF TRAILER.
2 - LIGHT GLOBE OUT SIDE HAS NOT YET BEEN INSTALLED.
3 - FLOORING IN BATHROOM CRACKED AND A 3 X 1.5 INCH PIECE OF TILE CAME OUT.
4 - WATER HEATER IS LEAKING WATER.
5 - DRAWERS IN THE KITCHEN ARE BROKEN OFF THE TRACK CAUSING THE DRAWERS TO HANG.
6 - CEILING IS LEAKING WATER - VISIBLE WATER STAINS ON CEILING AND WALLS WHERE CALCIUM BUILD UP IS PRESENT.

CONTACTED OWNER AND ADVISED HIM TO ADDRESS THE HEATING ISSUE. OCCUPANT IS USING THE STOVE AS A SOURCE FOR HEATING UP THE MOBILE HOME BECAUSE THE HEATING SYSTEM IS NOT IN GOOD WORKING CONDITION. ALSO MADE OWNER AWARE THAT MANY OF THE STORES ARE SOLD OUT OF ELECTRIC HEATERS. MET W/ SUPERVISOR DISCUSSED ISSUE AT HAND.
02/03/2011 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved MET W/OWNER AT UNIT AND WITH OCCUPANT. FURNANCE HAD A VERY DIRTY FILTER WHICH WAS NOT ALLOWING THE AIR TO FLOW THRU WHICH IN TURN DID NOT WORK VERY WELL AT HEATING UP THE UNIT. DISCUSSED WITH THE OCCUPANT AND OWNER THE IMPORTANCE OF REPLACING FILTERS. ALSO DISCUSSED PROGRESS OF OWNER ADDRESSING THE NOV. HEATING WAS ABATED WHILE AT SITE. OCCUPANT HAPPY WITH THE HEAT AND OWNER MADE AWARE OCCUPANT IS HAPPY WITH THE HEATING. FOLLOW UP MARCH 3RD.

STEPS AND RAILS REPAIRED, COOLER REPLACED LIKE FOR LIKE AND IS CURRENTLY WORKING, CEILING FAN REPLACED, LIGHT GLOBES ON INTERIOR INSTALLED, ELECTRICAL POST REPLACED (PERMITS OBTAINED) FLOORING IN BATHROOM REPLACED, FLOORING IN WH AREA REPLACED, BACK DOOR KEY LOCK REPLACED, DECAYED WOOD ON EXTERIOR OF TRAILER REPLACED (STILL NEEDS TO BE PAINTED), PLUMBING PERMIT OBTAINED FOR PLUMBING SYSTEM INSTALLED ONTO MOBILE HOME, CARPORT REMOVED. STILL NEED TO CALL IN INSPECTIONS ON PERMITS AND TO INSTALL OR REPLACE THE LIGHT GLOBE OUTSIDE UNIT, HAUL OFF ALL DEBRIS AND PAINT WOOD ON EXTERIOR OF MOBILE HOME, REPLACE OUT FLOORING IN MOBILE HOME.
