Decided to go to front door see if occupant is home.... Found front door wide open. Was able to document no water or safe electrical hook ups at unit. Owner not home... Contacted APS. Occupant due to go before review board to see if he is able to go home. Going to move forward on shutdown of unit. Unit has no water hook ups, no safe electrical hook up and is unsanitary and unsafe/unfit to live in. Pictures taken and placed in SIRE Obtained Adminstrative Warrant to remove bees from unit due to the close proxmity of the structure to neighbors. Served Warrant to the Occupant w/Police. North West Exterminator Removed bees from unit. Per Admin authorization had unit boarded up by Bathcrest due to the time line to get unit boarded up. Contacted MHP Owner informed of the shut down and the removal of bees and the boarding up of the unit. |
