Picked up DSD paperwork from the owner of Buffalo Bistro. DSD inspector Jim M. inspected on 4/14/10. The oven in question is an electric Convection Oven which is installed a Type II Hood. This meets the requirements of the 2006 INC. Case closed out by LeeRay Handley and Inspector Jim M. Inspection requested 4/14/10. (see Inspection report in case file). Close case. GP |
