H occupancy shall not be provided with a latch or lock
unless it is panic hardware or fire exit hardware.

_____1. The northwest patio door shall have panic hardware installed on the door.

_____2. The patio gate shall have panic hardware installed on the inside of the gate.

_____3. The northeast security grill shall have panic hardware installed on the inside of the security grill.

****NOTE: Panic hardware shall be the only locking device on the door.

Doors shall swing in the direction of egress travel where

H occupancy.

12/30/2009 VIOL - MEANS OF EGRESS Correction Required 1008.1.8 Door operations. Except as specifically permitted by this section egress doors shall be readily openable from the egress side without the use of a key or special knowledge or effort.
