OUR RECORDS INDICATE THAT ALTHOUGH THE ANNUAL SPRINKLER INSPECTION WAS PERFORMED 2-6-09, THAT AT THAT TIME THE 5 YEAR INTERNAL VALVE SHOULD HAVE ALSO BEEN DONE. PLEASE FFORWARD WITHIN 30 DAYS A COMPLETION REPORT. |
