On 6/18/09 I investigated a complaint that generated from the hood system inspection report from the inspection I had required this business to have. The report stated that there was no K class extinguisher and insufficient coverage for two burners. I set a deadline for today to have the K class extinguisher for his restaurant, and approval of the burner by hood system contractor before the burners could be used. The burners were arranged so that coverage is sufficient per the report given by Sun Devil/Wildcat. |
