Spoke to Yvonne in the office today. Apt #73 has been addressed. MAintenance personnel discovered a hole where the rodent had been entering and that hole was sealed. Traps are in use however no rodent has been recovered. Close case. |

Site inspection found no one home. Business card still in the door from yesterday. No contact from tenant. Spoke with the manager of the property who has provided traps in the past to the tenants. The manager has not heard from the tenant about traps being needed for a mouse. Left a message for the tenant. Follow-up in 15 days, or when the tenant calls for an inspection. |
