The object of this variance request is to place a 10’ X 20’ storage shed (10’ roof height, 6.7 wall height) in the existing parking area for the purpose of storing maintenance tools and supplies for onsite use (see attached). The selected location, in the existing parking area, allows maintenance vehicle access to the proposed shed. This location will eliminate 3 parking spaces, meet UDC perimeter, parking and P.A.A.L. setbacks. Adequate parking within the project has not been a problem with ample parking at 100% occupancy.
