Met with Gary and Joan. Had no leaks when back washing pool. Checked irrigation line and no leaks. Saw where pool was draining when backed wash and will extend line to other side of wall. Tried to meet neighbor and no one home. Also called neighbor's cell with no answer. Violation abated, close case. |
