All attempts to locate Mr. Reed or another responsible party have failed. Water service was terminated in October 1998 for non-pay. Mr. Reed is not currently paying a water bill in his name in the Tucson Water system nor has he had service since the termination in 1998. Post and Publish process will be initiated. 10-22-09. |
