When I went out to inspect, I realized the mistake. This is a vacant house. Hasn't been occupied for many years. Water service was Terminated in October 1998 for Non-Pay. The last Recorded title action was in 1987 where it appears the property was set for trustee's sale but was canceled. Property taxes are current and are being paid buy someone. ? I've got to visit the Assessor and see if they'll identify who is paying the Property taxes so I can attempt contact and get more information. The listed owner is not paying a water bill elsewhere in Tucson under his name and doesn't own any other property either. The postcard will come back undeliverable. Advise caller that nothing can be done unless and until we can identify and locate the owner or a responsible party. |
