06/23/2009 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT Approved UPON ARRIVAL FOUND TFD HAD VACATED THE WHOLE FOOD STORE DUE TO AN ELECTRICAL POWER OUTAGE AND SMOKE WAS SEEN COMING FROM THE ROOF INT HE AREA OF THE EXHUAST FANS. TEP WAS ONSITE POWER WAS DOWN TO BULDING EAST AND WEST OF WHOLE FOODS. ALL POWER WAS TURNED OFF TO WHOLE FOODS AT THE INTERIOR SUB-PANELS THERE WERE 8 INTERIOR PANELS ALL BREAKERS WERE TURNED OFF. TEP REPLACED A FUSE AT T HE TRANSFORMER AT THE POLE POWER WAS TURNED BACK ON THE PANELS INSIDE THE STORE, CHECKING TO DETERMINE IF ANY BREAKERS WOULD KICK BACK OFF. BREAKERS TO THE EXHUAST FAN DID KICK BACK OFF. TECHNICIAN FROMT HE SOURCE BEGAN SEVICING THE FANS, IT WAS DETERMINED, MOTORS WOULD NEED TO BE REPLACED. DAD SANTA CRUZ (dsd) WAS CALLED TO INSPECT THE ELECTRICAL AND ISSUED PAPER WORK FOR CORRECTIONS TO BE MADE. TFD ORDERED ALL OVENS, COOLERS, ETC IN THE KITCHEN TURNED OFF.
