All utilities disconnected, yard showing signs of weed growth but not enough for jursdiction. Fencing now starting to deteriorate. Spoke to neighbors who confirmed house vacated and owned by bank and door has realator lock but no signs. Will close case and open new case if recieve complaint regarding weeds and fencing. Other reported issues such as work without permits or water line disconnected will be addressed by potential new owner cannot gain entry into house or yard to confirm work w/o permits.
03/05/2010 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved No one home, but house looks like someone staying in house. Front window on west side partially opened. Tried to call owner and left message Brandi. She was not aware of issues on house. Property has been maintained. Reinspection fee to be charged and will follow up in 30 days.
12/15/2009 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Owner called and he is deployed. He has talked to his brother and unable to address issues. Owner will address issues and went over with him on requirements to abate issues. He is trying to address from station, but will need more time. I have met with Rick Saldate, Supervisor, and will follow up in 60 days.
12/07/2009 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved No one home and house appears to be vacant and is secured. No contact with owner listed and called phone number in NaviLine and left message.
10/07/2009 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Checked violation and property had been cleaned up. Not sure if someone living in house. Fence has been repaired, yard cleaned up and grass and weeds cut. Has some tree branches in alley. Will do NOV.
