04/15/2009 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT RVIDAL Approved House is vacant and secured. Fence is down in areas in back yard and loose in several areas. Has shed added in back 10' X 12' and next to property line on west side. Has electrical, A/C in wall with windows. Has drywall with lights and outlets. Has electric water heater and appears to have been moved. All utilities are off for lack of payment. Waterline that feeds house has plastic tubing and back feeding through hose bibb. Has copper pipe added in back to some fixtures. Will check records on shed added and water heater moved. Tried to call owner listed and left message to call me. Fencing on east side has panels moved to inside property. Will wait for call.
12/15/2009 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE RVIDAL Approved Owner called and he is deployed. He has talked to his brother and unable to address issues. Owner will address issues and went over with him on requirements to abate issues. He is trying to address from station, but will need more time. I have met with Rick Saldate, Supervisor, and will follow up in 60 days.
