I made contact with both the tenant and the prop. manager. Manager stated she would contact owners in California and obtain authorization to conduct the necessary repairs. The prop. manager contacted me a few days later adn stated she was moving forward with bids. The tenant called a few more times and indicated that things were progressing. There have been no subsequent calls from tenant or the manager in more than 2 months. Case closed abated. |
