Manager stated she would contact owners in California and obtain authorization to conduct the necessary repairs. The prop. manager contacted me a few days later adn stated she was moving forward with bids. The tenant called a few more times and indicated that things were progressing. There have been no subsequent calls from tenant or the manager in more than 2 months. Case closed abated.
