01/20/2009 MET WITH TENANT AND MANAGEMENT HAVE A STRAINED RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN THEM- UNIT VERY CLEAN BUT DID SEE 2 DEAD ROACHES IN KITCHEN AND 4 IN BATHROOM- HAD ROACH GEL IN EVERY ROOM AND DOOR WAY TO INCLUDE PORCH AREA- NO LIVE ROACHES SEEN - MET WITH MANAGEMENT HAVE BEEN SPRAYING UNIT EVERY MONTH GAVE ME COPIES FOR RECORDS - TENANT WAS ALSO GIVEN 40 GEL PACKS AS WELL AS BORAX - WILL BE FOGGING ENTIRE BLDG.
