1) COMPLETE ALL OF THE WORK ON THIS SITE WITHIN THE PARKING LOTS AND ADJACENT TO ALL BUILDINGS. THIS WILL INCLUDE BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO COMPLETEING THE ADA ACCESS & RAMPS, REFRESH THE STRIPING AS NEEDED, REMOVE ALL CONSTRUCTION TRASH AND DEBRIS, AND REMOVE ALL TEMPORARY FENCE.
2) COMPLETE THE PLACEMENT OF THE DECOMPOSED GRANITE IN THE AREA ADJACENT TO THE PEDESTRIAN PATHWAYS AND RAMPS.
3) HAVE THE ENGINEER OF RECORD CONTACT RON BROWN AT 837-4908 TO DISCUSS THE SIZE AND TYPE OF HANDICAP RAMP THAT WILL BE REQUIRED FOR THE PARKING LOT. PROVIDE US WITH A DETAIL ON HOW IT IS TO BE LAYED OUT AND CONSTRUCTED WITHIN THE P.A.A.L..
4) PROVIDE A DETAIL FOR THE DRAINAGE INLET STRUCTURE THAT WILL BE NEEDED FOR THE LOCAL DRAINAGE INTO THE ADJACENT WASH.
5) REPAIR ALL BROKEN OR DAMAGED SIDEWALK THROUGH OUT THE SITE PER OUR DEVELOPMENT STANDARD.
6) ENSURE THAT ALL OF THE DRAINAGE FROM THE ROOF DRAINS PASS UNDERNEATH THE PEDESTRIAN ACCESS WAYS AND SIDEWALKS. IT HAS BEEN NOTED THAT THERE ARE QUITE A FEW OF THE EXISTING DRAIN PIPES THAT HAVE BEEN EXTENDED TOWARDS THE BACK OF SIDEWALKS, INTURN DIRECTING THE FLOW OF WATER ACROSS AND OVER THE PEDESTRIAN ACCESS WAYS/SIDEWALKS. CONSULT THE ENGINEER OF RECORD ON WHAT CAN BE DONE TO LESSEN THIS PRIOR TO REQUESTING THE FINAL C OF O FOR THIS SITE.
