Following up regarding the drainage improvements for the stormdrain pipe and inlet structures at Granada near one of the Gem show sites; Someone called this morning to confirm, that indeed they will need to submit the as-builts (which I believe is for for T09OT02215).

I told them to submit as-built grading plans under the T# at the permit counter so that it can be briefly reviewed and then, if acceptable, it is given to our PDSD Engineering Inspector for the final inspections. They need to submit 2 copies of the as-builts and a letter of substantial conformance. This will capture the change for the smaller grated inlets that we did over the counter.

Small change accepted at the counter - no review submitted for this revision. Grated inlet type changed at junction between new and existing pipe. Will be shown on as-built submittal; I placed a copy of proposed change in the Inspector's Box for your use until as-builts are submitted.
11/13/2009 ENGINEERING PRE-CONSTRUCTION Approved MET ON SITE WITH ENGINEER, BRIAN SILLS (517-420-4413) AND CONTRACTOR TO DISCUSS PROJECT. REALLIGNMENT OF DRAINAGE CHANNEL. PROJECT WILL ALSO CLEAR A VIOLATION PENDING FROM DNR REGARDING VEGETATION IN DRAINAGE CHANNEL.
