07/17/2009 FIRE SPKLR - UG, PIPING, HYDRO Denied Today 0n 7/17/2009 100 PSI testing done witness at 9:00am and re-inspected at 11:30 AM no leaks at this time.
On 07/15/2009 200 PSI test was done and piping failed came apart on joint, not enough center loading and thrust blocking on northeast end at 90 gave way. Re-pour thrust blocking on northeast 90 and fill to top for center loading keeping all joints clear for 200 PSI test on 07/22/2009. (Jeff 419-1638)
