MEDCO KEY MUST BE INSERTED COMPLETELY AND TURNED TO THE LEFT TO REMOVE LOCK BOX COVER. THERE IS MINOR RESISTANCE TO KEY BEING INSERTED FULLY, BUT IT IS OPERATING PROPERLY. I ADVISED BUSINESS TO CALL MEDCO FOR FURTHER INSTRUCTIONS ON WHETHER THE LOCK SHOULD BE REPLACED OR INSPECTED BY THE MEDCO COMP. I WILL ADVISE CREWS IN THAT AREA THAT THE KEY MUST BE COMPLETELY INSERTED BEFORE IT WILL TURN. |
