| 08/24/2008 | INSP - NIGHT | Approved | A Night Inspection was conducted on 8/23/2008 at approximately 2000hrs. The Fox Theatre was occupied at the time and was well below the maximum occupant load of 1,476. All but 1 exit was clear and unobstructed. There was some storage in the Congress ramp exit corridor that was partially obstructing the exit access. The manager was notified and it was cleared. A generator is used for emergency power illumination but management is not sure of the last test that was done to the emergency system. A full Fire Prevention Inspection will be conducted the following week to ensure all Fire Code violations are documented and corrected. ________________________________________________ (John E.
