TFC requires that places of assembly maintain documentation that materials, such as the draperies are made of flame resistent materials. The inspection process during the construction of the facility would have required verification of the flame resistant material used in the draperies, prior to receiving a C of O. Because there is no indication that the draperies have been replaced, Chief will accept that the material is in compliance.
