Below is a list of violations that shall be corrected to provide compliance with the applicable codes, regulations and ordinances. Compliance is required by the 2006 International Fire Code (with modifications). ___1. PROBLEM: Open blank in electrical panel. TFC REFERENCE: 605.1 Abatement of electrical hazards. Identified electrical hazards shall be abated. REQUIRED CORRECTION: Add a blank tab to open space in electrical panel. ___2. PROBLEM: Some red caps are missing from hood suppression system nozzles. TFC REFERENCE: 901.6 Inspection, testing and maintenance. Fire detection, alarm and extinguishing systems shall be maintained in an operative condition at all times, and shall be replaced or repaired where defective. AND NFPA 17A 4.3.1.5: NFPA 17A, 4.3.1.5: All discharge nozzles shall be provided with caps or other suitable devices to prevent the entrance of grease vapors, moisture or other foreign materials into the piping.
