11/17/2008 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved VISITED SITE, MET WITH TED JR TO GO OVER WHAT WAS BEING DONE TO THE UPSTAIRS PORTION OF THE STRUCTURE. TED PROVIDED ORIGINAL PLANS FOR THE STRUCTURE, SHOWED ME EXACTLY WHAT HAS BEEN DONE TO THE UPSTAIRS PER EXISTING DRAWING. I EXPLAINED THAT WHAT HE WAS DOING MAY BE OK, THAT AREA WAS ZONED O-3, BU THAT HE WOULD NEED DRAWING APPROVED BY DSD AND A PERMIT SECURED. I ASKED FOR ORIGINALS TO MAKE COPIES AND WILL RETURN THEM. EXPLAINED TO TED HE COULD EXPECT NOV AND THEN TOLD HIM WHAT STEPS TO TAKE TO SUBMIT PLANS.
11/10/2008 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved SPOKE WITH DAVE COX ABOUT CONDITIONS OF THE BUILDING. DAVE MENTIONED HE THOUGHT IT WAS MIXED USE BUILDING, BUT HAD PEOPLE LIVING UPSTAIRS WITH BUILDING BE DONE UPSTAIRS. WILL CHECK RECORDS FIRST FOR ZONING AND BUILDING FIRST BEFORE PROCEEDING WITH INSPECTION.
*DID VISIT SITE, OWNER NOT IN UPSTAIRS. DOOR LOCKED, STORE PERSON COULD NOT ALLOW ENTRY.
