THIS WAS A VERY LARGE CASE ON A TRAILER PARK. THIS VIOLATION IS FOR THE UNDERGROUND WELL. THE OWNER PLACED A LARGE FENCE ALONG WITH ORANGE PLASTIC FENCING AROUND THE HOLE. |
