Cooler has been added without permit and must connected to an approved electrical circuit. Propane tank is not secure. Appliance (cooler) stand lacks protection against the elements; requires paint. Electrical circuit on NE corner of home added without permit; lacks protection and required conduit. Electrical (6) receptacle adapter used on same circuit on NE corner of home in lieu of permanent outlet; not rated for outdoor; added without permit. Outlet must be GFCI rated. Interior light fixture on NE connected to extension cord in lieu of permanent wirin; lacks weather protection. Fixture must be rated for outdoor use and connected to an approved and permitted electrical circuit. Addition of electrical circuit for landscape lighting is not of an approved type and lacks installation into required conduit. Outdoor propane furnace heating appliance has been installed without permit. Furnace lacks proper enclosure; flue pipe does not vent to outside; existing installation of fiberglass lined spiral flex piping is not of an approved type for current application. Flex piping is not supported and properly stretched to be straight (is bent). Stairways leading from required exits are missing or not in compliance with the code. Exterior stairway(s)are not positively anchored to the mobile home. This is required per international residential code section r311.2.1
