02/12/2009 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Plywood removed from windows. Windows repaired and replaced. Damaged front door removed and replaced with a new door. Inside, cleaned. Carpet removed, cabinets removed adn apartment left vacant. Spoke with representative who mentioned unit will remain vacant until there is enough funding to rehab. Place case in observe status. 6 month follow-up.
