Inspection did not reveal any TC violations. House appeared to be cared for and there were no odors at all emitting from the house. I made contact with the home owner and she confirmed that there were indeed cats living at the house. She lives at another location and visits the house several times a week to tend to the cats. The cats have food, water and shelter and are being actively cared for according to the homeowner. Case closed. |
