Description:

VACANT HOUSE HAS BACK WINDOW WIDE OPEN FOR STRAY CATS TO COME IN AND OUT FOR FOOD AND SHELTER. SOMEONE COMES EVERY ONCE AND AWHILE TO FEED ALL THE CATS THEN LEAVES. THE CATS COME IN THROUGH THE ALLEY WAY INTO THE HOUSE TO THE BACK PORCH. THE SMELL OF THE CATS IS REALLY BAD FOR NEIGHBORS SMELLS LIKE SOMETHING IS DEAD IN THE HOUSE. THE OWNER WHO LIVED THERE IS NOW IN A HOSPICE CARE CENTER.

I made contact with the home owner and she confirmed that there were indeed cats living at the house. She lives at another location and visits the house several times a week to tend to the cats. The cats have food, water and shelter and are being actively cared for according to the homeowner. Case closed.
