07/17/2009 ENGINEERING - FINAL Partial Approval MET WITH THE CONTRACTOR ON-SITE AND HAVE DETERMINED THAT IT STILL REQUIRES ADDITIONAL WORK PRIOR TO IT RECEIVING THE FINAL C OF O. THE CONTRACTOR WILL COMPLETE ALL REMAINING WORK ON THIS SITE PRIOR TO CALLING IN FOR THE FINAL INSPECTION. THIS WORK WILL INCLUDE BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO:
1) REMOVE ALL FORM MATERIAL FROM WITHIN THE DRAINAGE STRUCTURE LOCATED ON THE NORTH SIDE OF THE NORTH PARKING LOT.
2) COMPLETE THE INSTALLATION OF THE BOLLARDS IN THE NORTHERN PARKING LOT AS WELL AS IN ANY OTHER LOCATION THAT MAY BE NEEDED.
3) INSTALL THE TEMPORARY CURB ALONG THE SOUTHERN EDGE OF THE ASPHALT ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF THE SOUTHERN PARKING LOT TO PREVENT ACCESS INTO THE DIRT LOT SOUTH OF THIS SITE.
4) COMPLETE THE INSTALLATION OF ALL HANDRAIL THROUGH OUT THE SITE AS REQUIRED OR AS SHOWN ON THE APPROVED PLANS.
5) GENERAL CLEAN-UP OF THE SITE ESPECIALLY ADJACENT TO ALL PEDESTRIAN ACCESS LOCATIONS WITHIN THE SITE.
6) REMOVE ALL CONSTRUCTION TRASH AND DEBRIS, AND ALL UNUSED STORED ITEMS THROUGHOUT THE SITE, ALONG WITH ALL EXCESS STORAGE CONTAINERS, TRASH DUMPSTERS, AND PORT-A-POTTY FACILITIES PRIOR TO REQUESTING FINAL INSPECTION.
03/10/2009 ENGINEERING - FINAL Partial Approval Met with Sub-contractor on site to look at installation of stormsewer. Contractor will need to maintain 1 foot both side of pipe for proper compaction.
